REFER A FRIEND
Know someone who needs a website? Refer them to CSSential and, if they proceed, you will receive 25% of the total value paid for their website project. This includes the value of any eligible subscriptions they take out with CSSential during their first 12 months.
HOW IT WORKS
- Refer a new customer to CSSential before they make contact or receive a quote.
- The customer must confirm that you referred them when they first enquire.
- If they proceed with a website project and pay in full, you will receive 25% of the qualifying total.
- Your referral payment will be made within a maximum of 14 days after the website work is complete and all relevant payments have cleared.
CONDITIONS
- The referred customer must be a new CSSential customer.
- The website invoice must be paid in full before any referral payment is due.
- Referral payments are only made once the website project has been completed and the customer’s payment has cleared.
- Where a customer takes out an eligible subscription within 12 months of their website purchase, the referrer will receive 25% of the subscription payments made. These payments will be processed within 14 days of each cleared subscription payment.
- The referral reward is based on money actually received by CSSential. It does not apply to unpaid invoices, cancelled work, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, credits, VAT, third-party costs or pass-through expenses unless CSSential confirms otherwise in writing.
- If the customer receives a full or partial refund, cancels their project, or raises a successful chargeback, CSSential may reduce, cancel or recover the related referral payment.
- Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals, referrals between companies under the same ownership, and referrals made by CSSential employees or contractors are not eligible.
- Only one person can receive the referral reward for each new customer. If more than one person claims the same referral, CSSential will decide who is eligible based on the information provided.
- The referrer is responsible for declaring any referral payment to HMRC or any other relevant tax authority where required.
- CSSential reserves the right to amend, withdraw or refuse the referral scheme where there is suspected misuse, fraud or an error.
